I had an incredible stay at a hotel in the suburbs with friendly staff who went above and beyond. One staff member even helped me navigate the city bus and showed me the way to a restaurant I wanted to try. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and had a great array of amenities. The location was a bit far from the city center, but the nearby bus and metro stops made it easy to get around. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great service and friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Quick and efficient check-in and check-out process. The rooms are modern, stylish, and nicely appointed. The bathroom is gorgeous. Free wireless internet is available. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, making for a peaceful stay.
There were some issues with the room assignment and miscommunication with the hotel's computer system upon check-in. my room was not cleaned one day during my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The service was friendly and personal, making us feel like regulars even though it had been years since our last stay.
